We recommend that our clients contact us for a service call every 5 to 7 years. It’s an opportunity to perform a complete inspection of the solarium’s condition and recommend maintenance, if needed.
This preventive maintenance helps prevent more serious damage and slow down the premature aging of your solarium. With regular maintenance, your solarium will keep looking its best year after year!

A few simple steps for annual maintenance.
Annual solarium maintenance is simple to perform. It’s simply about taking care of it, just as you would your home. A simple cleaning of the exterior glass with a garden hose is enough. Cleaning the exterior of your solarium on a beautiful summer day will help prevent stains and the buildup of leaves.
In winter, simply limit excessive buildup of snow and ice. Zytco solariums are built for our Quebec winters, so there’s no need to worry about snow. As with any building, when the accumulation becomes too heavy, it should be removed from the roof.
For peace of mind and to avoid unpleasant surprises, have your solarium serviced every 5 years.
